About Us

Marcus Real Estate Services, Inc., was established in July 2005, by Matt Marcus Owner/Broker, with the purpose of providing management services for any type of Real Estate. We specialize in the management of Residential properties of any size to include Manufactured / Mobile Home communities, large & small multifamily projects to single family homes. We also provide management services for commercial Real Estate to include office, retail and special purpose buildings.

Mr. Marcus has been in Real Estate management for approximately 12 years. He started in the family business of owning and managing Mobile Home parks, in Washington State, totaling almost 600 spaces. He also worked with a local company in Olympia for approximately 10 years focusing in residential, commercial property management, leasing and sales.

Marcus Real Estate Services, Inc., is located at 1441 West Bay Dr. NW Ste#102, Olympia WA, 98502. From State Ave, head west toward West Olympia, cross over the bridge, at second roundabout stay to the right onto West Bay Dr. NW, continue down West Bay Drive till you see a brick building on your left called Woodard Ave Building across from the old Hardel Lumber site.
