Tips For Landlords

• Make yourself available to your tenant(s) as conveniently as possible.
• Do drive by your rental property on a regular basis.
• Take care of any reported maintenance as quickly as possible
• Make sure the property / rental is maintained to a level that is equal or better when it becomes occupied and through out tenancy.
• Periodically check to see if utility bills are current if they are paid by tenant.
• Take necessary action for non-payment of rent or lease violations as soon as possible to remedy the situation. Keep in mind that there are guidelines provided by the Landlord / Tenant Act Title 59.
