Tips For Landlords
- Make yourself available to your tenant(s) as conveniently
as possible.
- Do drive by your rental property on a regular basis.
- Take care of any reported maintenance as quickly as possible
- Make sure the property / rental is maintained to a level that is
equal or better when it becomes occupied and through out tenancy.
- Periodically check to see if utility bills are current if they are
paid by tenant.
- Take necessary action for non-payment of rent or lease violations
as soon as possible to remedy the situation. Keep in mind
that there are guidelines provided by the Landlord / Tenant Act
Title 59.
